Fees for Usage
The Pittsford
Indoor Rowing Center is open by appointment 7 days a week. Crews or organizations can schedule time by filling out the Usage Request. At the present time, we do not allow the PIRC to be used for fundraisers.

Erg usage is included as follows:
During winter schedule of Nov 1 to May 1, ergs are generally available for every session. One exception is the second weekend of April, when they are used externally for a fundraiser.
During September, October, May and June, ergs may be utilized by Pittsford Crew for testing or accommodating practices. If you want to make sure you have ergs during your scheduled time at the PIRC (which falls within this time range), please make that desire known when you make your reservation. We can then check whether there may be a conflict on erg usage.
Peak hours are defined as Monday through Thursday, 3 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday, 7 am to 12 noon,
from Nov 1, to May 1.
